Visual forensics: who is in it, what they wear, where they are, what is funny about it.
ANALYZEUpload a photo. Sitcomify reads it like a network executive, writes a series bible, casts a world model of characters, props and running gags, then films four 4:3 scenes on a multi-camera set. Roll camera on any scene to turn it into a clip.
The writers find the comedic core of the picture before anything is filmed.
Four roles do the work, and each one can be a different model. The output below is a real pilot, made from the photo on the left: nothing was retouched, re-ordered or written by hand.

ANALYZETitle, tagline and setting, plus a world model of characters, props, locations, themes, plot points and punchlines.
WRITEFour scenes rendered as 4:3 multi-camera frames, with each character described the same way every time.
IMAGEPress Action! on any scene to animate its frame into a clip. It renders in the background while you keep writing.
VIDEOType a direction and mention the cast with @: the writers pull each entity’s description from the world model, so Candy still looks like Candy in scene twelve. Or switch on Dream Mode and the showrunner model writes and films the next beat by itself, until you stop it.
@Candy 'Bubble' Valentine perches on her amp, counting the night’s take from @The velvet tip case and sharing a soda with her manager while they plan a world tour of the five surrounding blocks.
Every @mention carries its entity’s exact description into the scene prompt, the trick that keeps a cast consistent across frames.
@The Talent Scout Mirage strikes again: a flashy record executive stops his convertible at the light, and Candy has thirty seconds to pitch her demo tape before it turns green.
The showrunner reads the bible and the scenes so far, picks a plot point or punchline from the world model, and shoots it. Leave it running and come back to an episode.
Add, edit or roll a random entity that fits the show. New characters and props become @mentionable at once.
Re-render one frame, drag scenes into a new order, or cut a scene. Every change saves to your library.
Pick many photos at once and Sitcomify makes a pilot for each, then files them all in the Archives.
Broadcast Mode plays your pilot full screen with scanlines, Ken Burns stills and your clips. Retro TV channel-surfs your whole archive on a CRT. Export any show as one self-contained HTML file and send it to the cast.
Candy gets invited to play at the local teen club, ‘The Fizz,’ and celebrates with a victory bubble pop.
Every show you have made, shuffled onto channels, with captions and a power button.
A CRT broadcast player with every frame and clip inside, or a JSON archive to import elsewhere.
Sitcomify also runs headless. Every action in the app is a CLI command and an MCP tool, built on the same services as the web app, so Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and friends can make, direct and export shows for you.
An Agent Skill with workflows and a generated tool reference, a showrunner subagent for Claude Code,
background jobs for long renders (get_job), and an on-disk library in ~/.sitcomify that moves to and from the web app as an archive.
Sitcomify routes each role to the best model you have. With Meterless Runtime on your machine it needs no cloud key at all; with one Gemini key it covers every role. Pin any role to any provider in the Command Center.

Sitcomify is an experiment. Your shows stay on your device: in the browser’s own storage for the web app, and in ~/.sitcomify for the CLI. A connected cloud provider receives the photo and prompts you send it and may charge for usage; Veo clips need a Gemini project with billing enabled. The Windows build ships with no keys inside: add your own in the Command Center, or point it at Meterless Runtime with Auto Detect or a Quick Connect QR code.
Free, and yours to keep. Sitcomify runs in your browser, as a Windows app, or from your terminal and coding agent. Bring a model key, or let Meterless Runtime handle every role on your own hardware.
